WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a People Consultant, you'll help make Stripe a great place to work and grow.
You'll work with business leaders, managers, and employees across Stripe to
strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people
succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partner with and advise front-line managers on all things people-related,
including performance management and coaching, career development, employee
relations, and leveling and team effectiveness with a strong focus on
belonging and inclusivity
* Advise and consult front-line management on Stripe People policies and best
practices, in collaboration with fellow People team members and counsel as
necessary
* Partner directly with People Partners (HRBPs), managers, and leaders on wider
organizational strategy and initiatives, including reorganizations
