Role Overview

We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily production execution in
an assembly plant environment. You will guide teams, improve processes, and
support line transfers, capacity changes, and operational readiness while using
data to drive decisions and results.

What will you do?

* Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to support safety, quality, output,
and delivery targets.





* Coordinate production planning, staffing, and escalation management across
operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance.

* Support line transfers, process changes, new product introductions, and
production ramp-up activities in an assembly environment.

* Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve flow, and
strengthen standard work.

* Use KPI tracking and data analysis to monitor productivity, process
capability, scrap, rework, downtime, and cost performance.

* Develop and coach supervisors and team leads to improve execution,
problem-solving, and accountability.

* Collaborate with technical teams to address process issues and improve
manufacturability.

* Maintain a strong focus on compliance, housekeeping, and disciplined
operating routines on the shop floor.
