As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will help organizations modernize their banking platforms, optimize operations, and accelerate innovation while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of Core Banking transformation programs and technology initiatives.
Define and implement solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
Provide strategic and technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines,



and stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business value realization.
Support organizational change initiatives associated with technology transformations.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proven expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and transformations.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking technology, delivery management, or related consulting roles.
Experience leading complex delivery programs within the financial services industry.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
