Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer discovery to understand operational needs and design tailored fleet technology solutions.
Lead deployments from planning through go-live, including project management, fulfillment, installation, onboarding, user training, and stabilization.
Help establish and continuously improve deployment playbooks for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and future LATAM markets.
Develop expertise across the complete product portfolio, including AI dash cameras, GPS tracking, asset tracking, and indoor positioning solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Fulfillment,



and Marketing teams.
Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that enhance future deployments.
Success in This Role
Deployments are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal rework.
Hardware fulfillment is accurate and delivered on schedule.
Customers achieve value quickly with minimal follow-up support.
Deployment processes and documentation continuously improve.
Qualifications
Proven ability to build scalable systems and improve operational processes.
Strong practical experience using AI tools while applying independent judgment and validation.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments across different countries.
Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Confidence to manage expectations and communicate realistic project
