**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all Seller leads as quickly as possible
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, site walks, and research
- Successfully execute the closing process by building rapport and overcoming any concerns the clients may have
- Manage leads through CRM use to update and to stay on top of your tasks until closing
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and exhibit a positive attitude
- Perform daily administrative duties
- (the ability to multi-task is essential)
- Comfortable in a small, highly collaborative environment
- Comfortable using social media to market i.e. Facebook,
- Strong computer knowledge MS Office especially Word and Excel
- Must be persistent and organized with great follow-up skills.




**Qualifications**:
- +2 years of experience in Closing sales or acquisitions
- Exceptional communication skills, very strong phone skills; ability to get and close appointments over the phone (Fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious with the drive, passion, and dedication to exceed company targets and meet metrics
Pay is based on experience. ( Hourly pay plus commission and bonus)
Pay: $16,375.49 - $32,750.00 per month
