**Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Invoice Management**: Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- **Collections**: Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports, follow up with customers on overdue payments, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or issues regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain accurate accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis and cash flow projections, for management review.
- **Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure that all receivable transactions are properly documented and in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve customer issues and improve billing processes.




**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems), Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify issues, resolve disputes, and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in a similar industry or company size.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements related to accounts receivable.
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time, (onsite/remote/hybrid) position.
- (Work hours: e.g., Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
