A Video Editor is responsible for the creation and completion of our real estate marketing and social media solutions. A Video Editor has the strong ability to work as part of a team one day, independently the next. They adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm. They are resourceful and are able to problem-solve
and manage tasks with ambiguity. A Video Editor utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the standards and core values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Edit Video Content: create an edit from start to finish, including listing videos, brand
- Videos, social media content, sizzle style reels.
- Collaborate With Team: work with creatives and project managers to execute the vision of our clients.
- Refine And Enhance Edits: ensure color grading, sound, and pacing enhance the storytelling and ultimately meets quality standards.
- Quality Control: perform final quality checks on all edits, ensuring deliverables are polished and accurate; adhere to brand standards.
- Grow: expand creative ability daily and adhere to our core values: Communication, Integrity, Resiliency, Aim Infinite!
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of video editing experience, preferably in a marketing or content
- production environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative ability.




- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
- Experience in Davinci Resolve a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication along with an extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices for both long-form and short-form videos.
- File management systems (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io) knowledge preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
