We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer with specialized expertise in Microsoft Teams to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, support and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment with a particular focus on MS Teams configuration, and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organization through effective MS Teams implementation and management.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Environment Management

Configure, maintain and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams
Understanding and support of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, APP registration and conditional access policies
Understanding of Microsoft Purview and working with security and compliance team to better security posture
Perform regular health assessments of the Mi
