Axis’ Solutions & Services organization is seeking an A&E; Regional Manager to join our growing team in the Americas.

The purpose of this role is to build and manage relationships between the professional consultants, architects, and engineers who specify products for inclusion into their design of security systems.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with A&E; firms through meetings, events, training, etc.
- Cultivate and manage business relationships with the A&E; Program members
- Serve as a technical liaison between Axis Communications and the A&E; Program members
- Consistently create opportunities for the program’s growth through business relationship management documented properly in Salesforce.
- Provide guidance, oversight,



and training to Field Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, and other regional stakeholders on A&E; best practices and Axis's A&E; program initiatives
- Track and collaborate with the sales team on security project opportunities through Salesforce
- Leverage Axis and 3rd-party tools to increase Axis mindshare and specification of security projects within the A&E; community
- Work with prioritized Technology Integration Partner (TIP) program members to educate the A&E; community on the benefits of best of breed solutions
- Assist the A&E; Program Manager and Marketing Manager with the planning and implementation of annual A&E; Technology Summit
- Run events and seminars to recruit new consultants and educate them on Axis’ solutions and tools.
- Make Axis the preferred vendor for consultants
- Develop weekly and quarterly reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
