Resumen

This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Mains Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing engineers with daily production activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report production and process data.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
- Update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Assist with time studies and workflow analysis.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, tools, or production processes.
- Help investigate production issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in safety, quality, and operational meetings as assigned.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:




- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Industrial Systems Engineering
- Or a related engineering field
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is a plus.
- English proficiency is preferred.
