THE ROLE




Do you want to dive deeper into the world of complex networks? In the Network and Security Operations Department, you will support the smooth operation of all network services for our customers and Temenos AG. As part of the Network and Security Operations team, you will work within an exciting and evolving environment ranging from classic LAN core services and WAN infrastructure to modern cloud networking setups. RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will troubleshoot network and security issues and plan, implement, and document changes in accordance with established processes, SLAs, and ITIL standards.
- You will proactively optimize network environments by migrating, updating, monitoring, and adjusting systems as part of a major network refresh and transformation program.
