Description
As a Jr Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and support a team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet organizational goals. You will assist in managing workflow, monitoring performance, and fostering a productive work environment.

You will report directly to our Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact team efficiency and contribute to achieving operational targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational targets and objectives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years’ leadership,



strategy deployment, operations, business management, sales or program management experience
- Experience in leadership role either as a Sales Leader or General Manager
- Proven track record in delivering growth and financial performance for independent line of business
- Demonstrate a successor and business/sales leader succession and development plan and execution
- Strong Financial knowledge on BS, P&L;, Cash Flow, Working Capital mechanics
- Can Demonstrate how to deploy and run a Financial Pulse MOS, as well as a Sales MOS
