SUMMARY Ensures that project plan is fulfilled on time, within budget and performance targets. Works closely with Mexico and China organizations functional departments involved in product transfers to develop, manage, and complete new process/product introduction processes. Managed Steering Committee and Stakeholder communication. Establishing communication schedules, preparing reports/presentations, facilitating meetings, documenting projects, resolving issues, managing expectations, and ensuring all risks and concerns are resolved.
MAIN DUTIES
- Manage transfer projects through all their key stages
- Prepare a clear, detailed, and achievable budget and obtain approval. Manage the project budget effectively to ensure that the project is completed within budget and with the correct resource allocation and with a timely and effective execution.
- Identify and manage project risks to minimize the impact of unforeseen events and manage them
- Assume leadership of the project team to ensure the team performs effectively and as per project plan.
- Work with management, stakeholders, steering committee, team members to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that they have the information they need to complete their tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Responsible for ensuring that resources such as materials, machinery, and labor are available when needed to meet project targets.

- Ensure quality is maintained as per existing requirements,



operating as per quality procedures and system guidelines. Define quality requirements, plan for quality attainment and compliance, generate agreements and establish assurance processes, establish regular quality performance reviews,
- Work with trade compliance team and sourcing teams to define material localization targets and ensure that the quote and procurement process occurs within project timeline and country of origin requirements.
- Responsible for identifying potential risks to production processes and developing contingency plans to mitigate those risks. They are also responsible for enabling production resource allocation flexibility, to manage and mitigate the overall impact of any variations in demand and supply.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field preferred (electronic, mechanical, industrial, others).
Mid-level or advanced knowledge in project management software.
80% or above well-spoken/written English, as well as good technical and presentation skills.
3 to 5 years of project management experience.
Previous work on transfer projects or PMP certification are preferred.
Previous experience in electronic/medical manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations related to production processes.
Experience in direct/indirect management and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Knowledge on quality systems, preferably ISO9001, health and safety regulations (FM, ATEX, UL) and personnel training/development.
