Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Engineering Manager will lead a talented team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our flagship products. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a collaborative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope of work, and project timelines.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and compliance with security and data protection guidelines.
- Drive innovation and champion new technologies to enhance product capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations,



providing constructive feedback and coaching for career development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the engineering team.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (12+ years) in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and project details to non-technical stakeholders.
