**SUMMARY**
The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.
- Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff
- Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for team.
- Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically.
- Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.




- Area of study: Accounting, Business, or equivalent related experience in account management for a large organization
- Type of experience:
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Great written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven dispute resolution ability
- Knowledge of accounting practices and accounts receivable reconciliation
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of data sources to gather required information for analysis and reporting
