Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Facilities Engineer_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Research facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods._
- _ Research engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design._
- _ Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors._
- _ Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials,



properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long range plant and product engineering planning._
- _ Compiles and research facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment._
- _ Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry._
- _ Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks._
- _ Guides projects and project teams._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_ or equivalent experience and training.
- _ Experience in data collection and analysis_
- _ Administrative skills_
- _ Ability to handle workflow efficiently and support operational needs._
- _ Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, and goals are met effectively_
- _ Desirable proficiency in English _(intermediate-advanced_ level)._
