Our partner is looking for an experienced Creative Strategist Director to drive high-performance ad creative strategy for their D2C clients. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, creative execution, and strategic leadership, managing creative strategy for 8–12 brands at a time, each spending $50K–$1M per month on advertising.

You will be responsible for analyzing top-performing ad creatives across Atria boards, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads,



then using those insights to create high-impact social media ad briefs for our internal teams, partners, and clients.

This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills, speed, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Account Strategists, Media Buyers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of creative strategies.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative strategy across clients’ paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Analyze ad performance data at scale using Motion boards and platform analytics to identify trends and guide creative direction.
