Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess the subjects of History, Geography, Science and Language Arts.
- Create weekly lesson plans in collaboration with the other teachers of the grade for all the subjects that are taught.
- Give close and timely social and academic follow-up to each of the students of the group.
- Establish and maintain clear and constant communication with the parents or guardians of every student of the class.
- Perform active guard duties when assigned.
- Create original digital materials to present the content of the subjects that are taught to the students.
- Ensure and promote the physical and emotional well-being of every student in the classroom.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills




- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications:
- Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Language Teaching or similar.
- Technological Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools. Basic knowledge of the GSuite for Education.
- Other knowledge: Safeguarding and child protection.
- Languages: B2 or C1 English
- Required Experience: 3 years as a full-time classroom teacher of kids.

Experience:
- Previous experience teaching elementary-aged children (typically 1–3 years or more)
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities
- Familiarity with the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the school
