Responsibilities

The Opportunity
The Consumer and Revenue Management Digital Deployment Lead – LATAM plays a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation agenda across the Latin American region,



with a specific focus on enabling and scaling digital capabilities within the Marketing and Revenue Management (RM) functions. This role is responsible for translating general digital strategies into actionable, market-relevant deployment plans that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and consumer engagement. Its main objectives are:
- The position serves as the strategic, trusted advisor and integrator between global digital transformation teams, regional business functional leads, and local market stakeholders, ensuring that digital tools, platforms, and processes are effectively implemented, adopted, and optimized across diverse markets. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including MarTech, AdTech, data platforms, and commercial analytics, as well as the ability to manage complex change initiatives in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.
