Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals
- Research,



design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
- Execute General IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering
- Advanced English is Mandatory
- Solid knowledge in ERP

- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with (MySQL, Elasticsearch) to support modern factory apps.
