The Role
As a Service Asset & Configuration Analyst at Kyndryl, you’ll focus on maintaining and updating service‑related assets and configuration items (CIs) to support accurate service visibility and operational consistency. In this role, you support Asset Management and Service Configuration Management activities by reviewing Incidents, Changes, and Problems to ensure configuration data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
You work closely with ITSM operational processes and tools, performing hands‑on updates, validations,



and follow‑ups in accordance with established standards and procedures. Your contributions help strengthen data quality within the CMDB and ensure reliable information is available for service operations and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
- Review Incidents, Changes, and Problems to identify required service‑related asset and CI updates.
- Update assets and configuration items following defined Asset and Configuration Management standards.
- Validate completeness and accuracy of CI attributes, including status, ownership, and relationships.
- Support CMDB reconciliation and data quality activities.
- Identify and escalate inconsistencies, missing data, or quality issues affecting service visibility.
