The TA Analytics Analyst takes raw information - numbers or qualitative data sets - to tell narratives that help the Talent Acquisition Department make better business decisions. The primary goal of the Analytics Analyst is to take large volumes of complex data, extract insights, and help solve problems.
**Responsibilities and functions**
- Monthly presentation of Talent Acquisition performance
- Prepare and submit performance reports to ensure the compliance of KPI’s
- Administering payroll for the Talent Acquisition team
- Measure the TA Ops Process to get large volumes of complex data and analyze it to achieve some patterns to improve our hiring strategies
- Manage TA Admin KPIs, processes, and dashboards
**Requirements**:
- University degree
- Specialized knowledge: Statistics and programming, Data analysis, Reporting, Dashboard development.
- Computer knowledge: Excel, SQL, BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio-Advance
- Advanced English level




- At least 6 months working in similar roles
