**YOUR ROLE**
(1) Design Customer Support:
- To help on sample request tracking
- Support on Cross reference on commodities parts for customers.
- To help on the set up and documentation of usage of selected demo boards to create a local laboratory or used on Trade shows
- To help to get track of Block Diagrams reviewed with our distributions channel.
(2) Support on all University-related Activities:
- Help define new strategies and ideas to better support universities in Mexico.




- To follow all Universities in MX related Leads.
- To monthly monitor Universities domain activity at our web site (downloads, info requested, etc).
- Official Comunidad Universitaria MX:
- To moderate and monthly create brief technical content in Spanish for the community.
- To be the main contact between Universities and ST for quarterly meetings to improve our Community.
- Kits for Universities: Creation, test and generate all documentation/videos regarding this new Series of Kits named WE Study kit.
**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- A student currently pursuing a Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering
- Basic knowledge on the different type of semiconductors (e.g. Discrete, Analog, Digital)
- Basic Experience on programming microcontrollers using C or C++
- Hardware troubleshooting skills using an oscilloscope and multimeter
- Solid verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Microsoft Office Suite skills; especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Outspoken and self-confident
