We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable focused on **Travel and Expenses** to join our team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- **Prior experience with travels and expenses administration & auditing**:_**handling & processing employee’s expense reports, corporate credit card expenses and or P Card expenses.**_
- _High volume of individual expense reports submitted through the _**Coupa System**_ _(Similar to Concur)_
- _High volume of Corporate credit card expenses_
- Must demonstrate excellent internal customer service responsiveness.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in **Excel**. Ability to work with large data, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
- High attention to detail and ability to proof schedules and documents.
- Must be deadline-oriented and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities on individual and team assignments.
Pay: $25,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- processing high volume of expenses: 1 year (preferred)
