Talent Acquisition Lead at BairesDev
What you will do
- Formulate and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy for various openings.
- Engage with Project Managers and Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Recommend enhancements to the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting workflows.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
- Over 1 year of team management experience.
- Expertise in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes.




- Experience in online and phone sales techniques is valuable.
- Familiarity with IT industry head-hunting practices is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
