**Key responsibilities**:
The Material Call-Off Team Lead is responsible for the area of material call off within the supply chain function at a centralised level. The Team Lead will ensure the wider MCO Specialist execute the role according to business requirements. The Team Lead will work closely with the Supply Planner Team Lead, Site Schedulers & Transport Planners, as well as the cross-functional operations teams for the plants in scope of the centralised team and ensure MCO actions take place and committed output is achieved on time & in full.




- Consulted in the process of actioning SAP alerts during the medium-term supply planning process.
- Support the management of Supplier OTIF failures and support on related RCAs.
- Support in the review process of aged inventory during the Supply Planning process.
- Support management of Block/Rework & Leftover stock Reviews and Actions within the Inventory Management process.
- Support Supply & Production Planning in case of missing parts for orders within the production plan release process, including management of the Find & Replace process.
- Support OpenText Accounts Payable queries, investigation of disputes and responsible for denying/approving/requesting credits.
- Support in managing received non-conformances in SAP and determine tech/non tech, investigating and creating RCAs, escalating where required and closing out Supplier NC on SAP as well as managing the feedback loop within the inbound complaints management process
