**This position reports to**:
Business Line Managing Director,Auto OEM
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the ABB Robotics local Mexico commercial and operations teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within Mexico. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies in line with global business objectives and KPI’s. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics Division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives. - Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets - Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain,



from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service). - Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment. - Delivering business results in line with set targets and KPI’s. - Leading a 120+ employees team.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You enjoy working with Automotive, Consumer industry, Electronics, General industry market
- Experience with general teams.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of more than 15 years of experience in Robotics, automation or similar
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, CAD, Project Management, Salesforce.
- Degree in Engineering, MBA or equivalent
- You are at ease communicating in Fluent Spanish and English
- Required licenses valid in Mexico.
- You must have a valid US Visa or be able to obtain.
