- Stability in previous companies for at least 2 years
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Customer service experience
- Experience managing a client portfolio and accounts with over $3 Million USD in monthly sales
- Client Forecasting
- Projections, objectives, internal and external goals, and sales compliance
- Experience with sales KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Experience with weekly and monthly presentations and projections
- Experience managing customer service,



salespeople, and assistants
- Empathy and teamwork with department managers to achieve objectives
