**Job Description**:
Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities within an organization.
Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Leads identifying, suggesting,



and implementing best practices to,facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in,all areas of the business. Works with main clients and project and,business leaders to identify the gap between current and desired,results.
Oversees analysis over current processes and design,improvements. Leads cross-functional teams to project completion and,project implementation
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree or ergineering.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others.
- Ability to produce high-quality work consistently, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Superior organization, time management and project management skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and adjust accordingly to ensure timely and budgetary commitments.
