**Senior Integration SME**
**_ Roles & Responsibilities_**
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions for seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and middleware for system integration.
- Ensure integration solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain system stability.
- Optimize data exchange processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Provide training and support to teams for managing integration tools and solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms for advanced integration capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies.
**_Assessment Phase Responsibilities_**
- Analyze existing integration workflows to identify inefficiencies and potential risks.
- Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and document business needs.
- Perform a feasibility study for proposed integration solutions and tools.
- Evaluate existing middleware platforms for scalability and security compliance.
- Identify data flow dependencies and risks in current integration systems.
- Develop a high-level roadmap for implementing new or optimized integration solutions.
- Conduct a gap analysis to determine areas for improvement in integration processes.
- Assess the compatibility of existing systems with proposed integration tools.

**_ Implementation Phase Responsibilities_**

- Develop and implement APIs, adapters, and connectors for seamless system communication.
- Configure and optimize middleware tools for performance and reliability.
- Conduct testing and validation of integration workflows to ensure accuracy and stability.
- Monitor integration processes during and after implementation to address issues promptly.
- Document new integration workflows, tools, and operational processes for future reference.
- Train and mentor team members on managing integration platforms and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration-related challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented integration solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure success and identify improvement areas.
**_Technologies_**
- Proven experience in system integration and middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or TIBCO.
- Expertise in API design, development, and management.
- Familiarity with data exchange protocols such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
