Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our U.S. based Business Development Team in identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales processes.



This role is integral to leveraging business intelligence platforms and Salesforce to drive lead generation, enhance growth strategies, and support marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily business intelligence searches on government and private procurement platforms to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and distribute daily Opportunity Reports for the Business Development and Inter-Con Leadership Teams.
- Register Inter-Con as a diverse supplier on commercial and government procurement platforms.
- Register Inter-Con on Fortune 500 procurement portals for security guarding services Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Update Salesforce with new Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and vendor registrations.
- Perform on-demand due diligence research to support proposal development.
