As a Power BI Analyst you will provide day-to-day operational and technical support for Power BI reports, datasets, and semantic models, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and timely delivery to business users. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located at our plant in San Nicolás de los Garza, NL.

Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Computational Systems, IT, software development or related field.
- 3+ years' experience as a power BI developer.




- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Experience troubleshooting data refresh and performance issues.

Responsibilities
- Support existing Power BI reports and dashboards used by business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot report issues related to visuals, filters, calculations, and data discrepancies.
- Assist with access management and workspace permissions.
- Support row-level security (RLS) configuration and validation.
- Implement minor enhancements and adjustments based on business requests.
- Maintain and support Power BI semantic models.
- Monitor scheduled refreshes in Power BI Service.
- Follow Power BI governance standards (workspace structure, security).
- Provide basic training or guidance to end users when needed.

- Advanced English level.
