About the Role
We are seeking a creative, self starter and detail-oriented Marketing & Office assistant to support our current marketing team based in our main office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

In this role, you will serve as a Marketing and Office Assistant at FGI Yacht Group, supporting the company's marketing initiatives and daily operations. Working across digital marketing, content development, social media, events,



and administrative responsibilities, this position plays an important role in supporting the FGI brand and ensuring seamless internal operations. With a passion for luxury yachting, creativity, and organization, this role is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that supports the company's continued growth and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote FGI Yacht Group's services, including brokerage, management, and charter offerings.
Assist with MailChimp design and/or edits on a daily basis.
Edit photos as needed.
Assist with brainstorming and creation of social media content.
Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and multimedia assets, to showcase our yachts and attract prospective clients.
