We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Creative Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of creative and marketing initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
This role goes beyond traditional project management. We're looking for someone who not only excels at managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, and genuinely enjoys building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

- Lead client meetings and project discussions with confidence, professionalism, and credibility.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong alignment on goals, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

- Facilitate productive communication between clients and internal creative teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a polished and positive client experience throughout every engagement.

Project Management & Execution
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery across 8–15 concurrent creative and marketing projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables remain on track and within scope.
