An exciting executive opportunity has become available within a leading integral pharmaceutical company for a Senior Commercial Leader to drive the strategic direction and business performance of its Neuroscience portfolio in Mexico .

This is a high-impact leadership role for an accomplished executive with a proven track record of delivering sustainable business growth, leading high-performing teams, and successfully launching innovative therapies in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision and commercial roadmap for the Neuroscience business.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve commercial excellence and accelerate sustainable growth.
- Drive the successful planning, execution, and commercialization of new product launches .
- Own the P&L; and ensure delivery of financial, commercial, and operational objectives.
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.




- Partner effectively with regional and global stakeholders to align business priorities and maximize organizational impact.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Mandatory, non-negotiable experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive commercial leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven success leading new product launches .
- Experience in Neuroscience, CNS, or other Specialty Care therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L; and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican pharmaceutical market.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
