Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Media Director to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media strategies across offline and digital channels. This role is responsible for driving media excellence, business growth, client satisfaction, and team leadership while ensuring campaigns achieve performance objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong media expertise, commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and advanced proficiency in English to manage regional and integral stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and oversee comprehensive media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead annual media planning, budget allocation, and channel investment decisions.
- Provide thought leadership on media innovation, consumer trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop integrated solutions across digital, social, programmatic, search, video, TV, OOH, audio, and commerce media.

Client Management




- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and marketing leaders.
- Present strategic recommendations, campaign results, and market insights to clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Media Planning & Performance
- Oversee media planning and buying excellence across all channels.
- Drive campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights, analytics, and optimization.
- Ensure KPIs, ROI, ROAS, brand metrics, and business outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign impact and identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing media team.
- Foster collaboration across planning, activation, analytics, strategy, and creative teams.
