Your Job

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for administering and enhancing the organization’s benefits programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. This role supports employees by providing guidance on benefits-related matters, managing vendor relationships, analyzing benefits data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.





What You Will Do in Your Role
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and related benefit offerings.
- Manage leave of absence programs and coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure effective administration.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.
- Manage and maintain compliance documentation, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), required communications, plan documentation, Form 5500 filings, and HIPAA requirements.
- Support healthcare reporting and benefits data management activities.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve employee benefits issues
