Our enterprise solution provides comprehensive workforce insights while minimizing administrative effort for customer teams.
We are expanding our presence in the Mexican market and are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to drive new business growth and build long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Engage with C-level executives, Operations leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Workforce Intelligence, Employee Monitoring, or related Workforce Analytics solutions in any professional capacity.




- Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, consulting, or other customer-facing B2B roles.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations with 500+ employees.
- Existing network within Operations, IT, or Business Transformation functions.
- Experience using sales intelligence, lead generation, outbound automation, and digital marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Phantombuster, Google Ads, or similar tools.
