Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master with al least 5 years of experience leading projects and 3 years working with Agile.

Responsibilities

· Be able to manage team stress and pressure and redirect to a positive outcome and working environment.
· Identify and communicate roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
· Motivate and support the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
· Challenge the status quo and offer solutions for improvements.
· Set the tone for the team to ensure high productivity and morale: engagement, enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
· Build trust with relevant teams and stakeholders
· Facilitates decision making




· Ensure SCRUM framework is understood throughout the team and the organization.
· Reporting and velocity checks to share with the Managers to take better decisions
· Evaluate and take metrics of the planning results during and post sprint

Skills required

· + 4 years experience in a scrum master role (e.g. Agile and Scrum methodologies)
· Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, etc.)
· Familiarity with Software Development teams
· Knowledge and experience on the usage of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) framework is a plus.
