Our client is a US-based, invite-only membership community for 7 and 8-figure Amazon and e-commerce entrepreneurs. They run over 150 events a year and connect their members with the best brands, tools, and service providers in the industry. They're looking for someone who can own both sides of the partnerships function: the sales conversations and the operational follow-through.

Pitch and run sales conversations with prospective partners (brands, SaaS tools, service providers, and event sponsors), managing the full contract lifecycle.
Own partner onboarding end to end, from database and app setup to newsletter inclusion and member-facing offers.
Keep the CRM, contracts database, and partner records accurate and current as a daily habit, and track KPIs across the partnerships function.

2+ years in partnerships, sales, business development, affiliate marketing,



or a coordination-heavy operations role managing multiple workstreams independently.
~ Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, ClickUp, Go High Level, or similar).
~ Daily comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for drafting and analysis.
~ A valid US visa and willingness to travel at least 3 times per year.

E-commerce, Amazon seller, SaaS, or DTC industry background.
