We’re looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is key to the efficient execution of our operation, optimizing and improving the performance of each digital advertising medium to maximize the performance of our campaigns and conversions.
You will report to the Digital Marketing Strategist while working closely with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising initiatives with broader campaigns, using dashboards, KPI tracking, and SEO strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion goals.
What You'll Do
Set up, optimize, and continuously manage PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
Conduct audience and keyword research, digital campaign setup, segmentation and goal tracking,



A/B testing, budget management, and conversion and KPI optimization.
Set up dashboards, analyze campaign data, and deliver monthly reports on KPIs with recommendations and strategies.
Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies using keyword analysis and technical audits.
Actively collaborate with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising initiatives with other campaigns.
Keep updated knowledge on trends in advertising and digital analysis.
Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to the area.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience in similar roles with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
