Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Program Management Manager role is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams,



optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

What a typical day looks like:

Act as the primary interface with customers, managing communication, solving issues, building long-term relationships, and leading escalations when needed.
Serve as the central point of contact across multiple internal stakeholders, including internal Program Managers, General Account Managers (GAMs), Operations, Quality, Finance, and Global IT teams.
Lead small to medium-sized programs/projects using cross-functional teams (CFTs) from initiation through execution and closure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Drive program planning activities, including timeline definition, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on scope, cost, timing, and customer expe
