What You'll Do:

Identify New Business Opportunities
- Research potential sellers and brands across Mexico.
- Prospect and reach out to potential business partners.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and local businesses.

Support Seller Growth
- Help new sellers successfully join the SHEIN Marketplace.
- Understand each seller's business and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best onboarding experience.

Analyze Business Performance




- Monitor seller performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use Excel and business data to support recommendations.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, International Business, E-commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Interest in sales, business development, or e-commerce.
- Previous internship or experience in sales, commercial roles, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus—but not required.
