- Execute the commercial strategy for the customer and channel.
- Support the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring in-store excellence.
- Optimize the use of resources in order to maximize profitability in the operation.

More About This Role

The Key Account Junior – Modern Trade will be responsible for supporting the management and strategic development of modern trade accounts (supermarkets/self-service chains, price clubs, and health & beauty stores) for SKINTIFIC México. This role is central to driving revenue, ensuring in-store excellence, and delivering sustainable growth through effective account management, joint business planning (JBP), and execution of promotional strategies, working in close collaboration with internal teams and the customer.

What you need to know about this position:
- Follow up on customer processes: new item setup, catalog updates, promotional grids, results review, and promotion tracking.
- Monitor supply KPIs and track forecast movements.
