Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and campus channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and maintain candidate databases.
- Handle recruitment data, track key metrics, and use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.
- Support employer branding events (career fairs, campus outreach).
- Help optimize recruitment processes as part of the team.
Requirement
- sCurrent Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- .Smart, responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- .Genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
- .Good communication and interpersonal skills
- .Basic MS Office skills; familiarity with recruiting tools or data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) is a plus
- .Available to intern for 6+ months, 5 days/week
