Are you a senior commercial leader with a proven track record managing national key accounts, owning P&L;, and driving strategic growth ?
At OMRON Healthcare, we are looking for a National Sales Account Senior Manager to lead our most strategic customers, drive profitable growth, and elevate our commercial execution across retail, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels.
This role is designed for someone who thinks like a business owner and operates at a strategic, cross-functional level .

What you will own
- Define and execute the national key account strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership
- Own full customer-level P&L; (pricing, trade investment, margins, promotions)
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with strategic customers
- Drive omnichannel strategies across retail, pharmacy, and e-commerce
- Ensure execution through QBRs, S&OP; alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
- Leverage data and analytics (sell-out, market share, shopper insights) to drive decisions




- Act as the senior commercial interface with key customers

What we are looking for
- Strong experience managing national key accounts in healthcare, OTC, or FMCG
- Proven ownership of P&L; and commercial strategy at customer level
- Experience leading Joint Business Plans (JBP) with top-tier clients
- Strong background in negotiation, omnichannel strategy, and business development
- Advanced analytical, financial, and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Fluent English (mandatory)
