About the Role
The Employee Relations Partner will serve as a trusted advisor across Latin America, US & Canada, supporting managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and leaders on a broad range of employee relations matters. This role conducts workplace investigations, provides guidance on employee concerns and disciplinary matters, and helps ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while delivering fair, consistent, and well-documented outcomes.





Responsibilities

Conduct workplace investigations involving concerns such as discrimination, harassment, hostile work environments, and other employee complaints.
Gather and analyze information from employees, managers, witnesses, and stakeholders to determine findings and recommend appropriate actions.
Advise managers on employee performance concerns, performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to recommend appropriate responses based on precedent, risk assessment, and organizational policies.
Support involuntary terminations, reductions in force, and other sensitive employee matters, including on-site support for employment actions in Mexico when required.
Conduct exit interviews when requested and provide guidance to leaders on employee relations best practices.
