ROLE OVERVIEW

WE ARE SEEKING A MOTIVATED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST TO
SUPPORT END-TO-END RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. THIS ROLE
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOURCING CANDIDATES, MANAGING THE RECRUITMENT PIPELINE,
COORDINATING INTERVIEWS, MAINTAINING APPLICANT RECORDS, AND DELIVERING A
POSITIVE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE WHILE HELPING THE COMPANY ATTRACT TOP TALENT.

Key Responsibilities





* Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media,
referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant
tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring
managers.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely
recruitment across multiple departments.
* Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding
activities for new hires.
* Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, pipeline
status, and sourcing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or
a related field.
