Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Retail and eCommerce to lead business analysis activities for large-scale digital transformation and implementation projects. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, documenting functional specifications, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions.
The candidate should have successfully executed new implementation projects and possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business users and product owners.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.




Prepare and maintain:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
User Stories
Use Cases
Process Flow Diagrams
Wireframes (where required)
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Support data mapping, integration requirements, and third-party system analysis.
Identify business risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure solution alignment with business goals and customer experience expectations.
