This fellowship will provide you with deep exposure to the behind-the-scenes operations of a leading investment firm specializing in Emerging Markets with a current focus on LatAm. At 30N Ventures, we don't chase momentum — we engineer it. Through the Fellowship Program, you will:
Gain hands-on experience in the whole operation of a leading investment firm by diving into deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio analysis,



as well as fundraising, investor relations, and operations.
Learn about M&A; and exit strategies, and collaborate to conduct market research in those fields.

About the role
As a Fellow, you'll collaborate directly with our Investment team on critical initiatives, including:
Assisting with sourcing and identifying potential investment opportunities in addition to M&A; and exit opportunities.
Providing support on deal analysis, conducting due diligence on target companies, and preparing investment memos.
Learn and engage in fundraising, and assist with operational tasks related to fundraising and investor relations.
Participating in strategic initiatives yet to be determine
